A favorite with resort guests and area residents alike, the menu includes Seafood Gumbo, the chef’s weekly “catch of the day” creation (such as Tilapia with Cilantro/Butter Sauce), Lemon-Battered Shrimp, Catfish with Hilltop’s Hot Pineapple Dipping Sauce, Peel-and-Eat Shrimp, Crawfish Etouffee, Chicken Piquant, Salad Bar, and Bread Pudding with Jack Daniels Sauce.

"The Grille", located at the pool, is open Daily from 12:00-2:00 PM, except Sunday, during Spring Break and from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
The Grille is closed off season.
Our Executive Chef, Jim Condra, designs a new menu every week using the freshest seasonal ingredients from our herb garden and our certified organic vegetable farm. Each three-course menu starts with soup, a salad, or an appetizer. Then follows the entrée with two options always available to choose from. A scrumptious dessert puts the finishing touch to these exquisite meals.
Served from 8:00 to 10A.M. Saturdays and daily during Spring Break and from Memorial Day to August 15.

“Sunday Brunch at the Herb Garden,” features Executive Chef Jim Condra’s specialties incorporating seasonal ingredients and herbs from our organic garden. $18.95 adults, $10.50 children
For those who are unable to come stay with us this summer, Hilltop Restaurant will be offering our signature Traditional Lunch on the last Thursday of the month. This wonderful culinary event starts at 11:00 a.m. with a tasting of Hilltop's specialty products(jams, jellies, chutneys, pickles and cooking condiments), followed by a guided tour of our famous herb garden, and culminating with a five-course meal served in our beautiful dining room overlooking a lake, with Chef Condra available to answer your questions. While you are here, you can also feed fish from the restaurant's deck, visit the gift shop in our Hospitality House and tour the resort's grounds and the Clearwater organic farm with or without a guide.
