The Hilltop Herb Garden is a direct legacy to its founder, the late Madalene Hill (please see History section) and was completely refurbished in 2008 and replanted in 2009.  The dozens of culinary herbs, leaf vegetables, and edible flowers grown here are used daily by our Chefs in the preparation of meals and our line of Specialty Items, as well as for decoration throughout the resort.

The Herb Garden is also a popular setting for outdoor wedding ceremonies.  It has seating capacity for up to 150 guests and a ceremony arch with a magnificent background.
