Meeting Rooms

The Great Hall, located at The Lodge, accommodates 350 guests banquet style and 500 theater style and includes a raised stage and state-of-the-art sound system.

The Executive Room, located at The Lodge, accommodates 30 guests conference style and 70-theater style. Includes a coffee break area.

The Sycamore Room, located at The Hospitality House, accommodates 30 guests conference style and 60-theater style. Features separate coffee break area supported by fully equipped kitchen and immediate access to the business services center.

The Cypress Room, located at The Hospitality House, is a small, upscale meeting room ideal for breakout sessions, private conferences, board meetings, depositions, etc. It accommodates eight to 10 guests.

The Sassafras/Loblolly Room, located at Hilltop Herb Farm Restaurant , accommodates 40 to 70 guests conference style and 100 theater style. Features coffee break area and immediate access to restaurant and large outdoor terrace.

The Maple Room is a small, very private meeting room located within the Hilltop Herb Farm Restaurant complex. It accommodates up to 25 guests.

The Hospitality House Lobby may also be used for receptions.
